Conditional Formatting

You can use conditional formatting to highlight a cell or cells that meet certain conditions.

In the example, conditional formatting has been used to highlight the cells containing the maximum and minimum values.

Notes

The black border encloses the range called "NumRange"

The cells in that range are all conditionally formatted (From the menu: Format > Conditional Formatting...)

Below is the conditional formatting used in cell B2

In the formulas B2 is entered as a relative address
